(Watch Sarah's Vlog now)
From home I am getting viral emails encouraging me to support Trinidad and Tobago - the team the Scots have adopted thanks to Jason Scotland who spends most of his time playing for St Johnstone. But it does seem a little rude to my adoptive hosts.
I can't expect any political guidance - our national leaders are completely divided. Politicians in Westminster - like Gordon Brown who hopes soon to be the Prime Minster of the whole of Britain - say they will be cheering on England. While the man who is already in charge of the SCOTTISH parliament - First Minster Jack McConnel obviously thinks he'd haemorrhage votes if he was seen cheering for anyone but Trinidad.
So, as a resident in England, who broadcasts to all of the UK - I should probably support my adopted land. I suppose I should feel excited, rather than threatened, by all the St George's flags fluttering everywhere - and the England T-shirts worn behind the scenes by the camera crew in the studio.
Some well known Scots who've been asked publicly to name their team say gingerly they are supporting England - but don't want them to win. Which really is stretching the definition of support. While the Scottish tennis star Andy Murray is adopting the traditional position of supporting any team who is playing England - but still expects English cheers at Wimbledon this summer.
Mars Bar scored a real own goal by renaming their bars "believe"- and thinking Scottish chocoholics wouldn't care. Sales have plummeted and Mars are belatedly trying to pretend they are really backing Scotland's bid to get into the 2010 World Cup. No one is buying that - or their Mars Bars. It will be deep fried Kit Kats for the next month.
A story this week that Radio One had banned the playing of any songs with In-ger-land in the title for fear of upsetting Non- Engerlish Brits turned out not to be true - But on More4 News we too know not all our viewers are cheering on Sven's boys.
So far we have shown you as many England world cup songs as we could find - they're all still on our website if you want to choose your favourite anthem. But once the action starts we are going to bring you truly international coverage. We'll show you other countries songs and tell you how England's first game was viewed - in Paraguay. We'll tell just how much the Brazilians care about Wayne Rooney's metatarsal.
And of course - we'll be very carefully reporting everything you need to know about Trinidad and Tobago's progress.
Come on, all true Scots support Angola. Deep-fried Believe, anyone?
