A word of advice for anyone hoping to attend next year's Labour Party conference - best to start queuing now.
Either unprecedented demand or slightly sloppy organisation has seen delegates queue for hours or (according to one of the stewards) days to get their passes.
In a familiar refrain, failed IT systems have been blamed - the machines which print badges have also been accused of overheating.
Even a former cabinet minister, Estelle Morris, was seen walking forlornly around the accreditation centre. At least the passes are being not handed out equally.
